How to Sleep
We spend a third of our life sleeping. The positions we sleep in can cause pain and anxiety. They can keep us awake at night and keep our body from getting the necessary rest it requires from a complete night’s sleep. Sleeping in the wrong position can cause back pain, poor posture and other mental and physical ailments.

In this video I use yoga and meditation to teach a healthy position for sleeping. With this simple secret, you will have less back pain, better posture and get a better night’s sleep.
